REFUND POLICY

Our organization will not entertain any refund in case of paid amount by the existing subscriber, whether monthly, yearly or quarterly. Amount refund is applicable only in case of new connection, when the connection is not done due to any cause. The time for asking refund is 2-3 weeks from the date of connection asked. Discounts and other benefits to the customers are provided as per the policies of TRAI & DoT, as needed and as per the plans. For any other issue regarding billing or payment, customers need to contact the organization via email or phone within 1-2 week of problem faced.
